We soak all our nuts for at least 24 hours. Then, we dehydrate them to kill harmful bacteria without cooking out the beneficial nutrients. During this 2-day process, physic acid, lectins and enzyme inhibitors are removed. This makes the nuts easier to digest and nutrients easier to assimilate.
Stone-Ground For The Perfect Texture
Stone-grinding is the secret behind our silky-smooth, drizzle-able texture. We grind at slow speeds for at least 24 hours. This process gets ingredients to a size of 20 microns or less.
