Our typical turnaround time on website orders is 2-3 business days maximum and we usually ship either USPS or UPS.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items. While we carefully pack each order for shipping, sometimes breakage happens. If your shipment arrives damaged or a jar is broken, please send us photos of the damage, contacting us at orders@jemorganics.com.
