We Sprout Our Nuts

Sprouting is the process of soaking the nuts in water for an extended period, allowing them to sprout and germinate. This process further enhances their digestibility, allowing your body to better absorb the nutrients. Sprouting also makes our nuts naturally sweeter, which means less added sugar.

 

 

 

Stone-Grinding

After the sprouting process, we stone-grind our nuts and ingredients for up to 48 hours. Our small batch grinding process blends nuts and other ingredients into the smallest particles, measured in microns. This brings out the pure flavors and produces almond butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter, pistachio butter and pecan butter with unparalleled creaminess and a smooth texture. Our texture and drizzle is a signature of JEM Organics’ nut butters.
